Tennis is a great way for children to learn new skills, and we encourage home practice with mum, dad, brothers and sisters so the whole family can be involved. Plus tennis is a great sport to help your child learn valuable life skills, like respect, team work, fair play and concentration.
Mini Tennis Red is for players aged 8 and under. It is played on small courts with short rackets and soft balls. It’s just like the real game and gives players opportunities to have long rallies and play different types of shots.
Players learn to serve, rally and score with a slow ball, as well as learning the movement and co-ordination skills needed for tennis. Players are encouraged to play fun competitions in teams and as individuals, with short matches using tie-break scoring.
